ORIGINAL BOLT-ON COIL-OVER CONVERSION KIT
Coil-Over Conversion kit
developed by Off Road Ltd. This kit is designed to be a bolt on system,
with some minor drilling and grinding required. When installed, the kit
will provide 6"-8" of lift to the front end of the vehicle. Included in
the standard kit is a Front Axle Saddle System with integrated axle truss, new
transmission crossmember, adjustable radius arms to allow for axle position,
caster or pinion angle adjustment, upper shock mount, adjustable track bar and 13" travel
coil-over shocks (reservoir are an option). Shown with optional brake

When comparing our kit to the others keep these things in
mind. Our kit does NOT require any
fabrication or welding. You can buy this kit and install it in your
garage. You don't have to have a mechanic install it or have an expensive
welder or fabrication knowledge. Everything comes pre-made and basic hand
grinder and drill motor (other than basic hand tools) is needed. We do
NOT ask that you put any part of this kit together.
Our kit also includes integrated upper axle truss & longer wishbone control
arms. Giving you more flexibility and strength. Our upper shock
mounts are all welded one piece unit. This kit is fully reversible if you
ever want to take it off or if you buy another Chevy, then you can transfer the

The Flat Top Knuckle will be required if you have the "round top" style
knuckle, usually found on 10 Bolt axles and some Dana 44. Flat Top
Knuckles are $250 option. These will be drilled & tapped.
Our cross-over steering kit comes with the steering box, as the 4wd
box will not work. Other companies do not include the steering box and you
must purchase that at an additional cost. Also, the draglink and ends will
all be welded together and ready for you to install. Nothing for you to
put together. If you don't want us to weld everything together or if you
require a different measurement, please contact us.

We have added a bracket only kit to our line of
coil-over conversions for the Chevys. We had many request for just the
brackets, so we decided to offer just the brackets/tubing to those who want to
finish the fabrication process themselves.

GM Full Floating 14-Bolt 4-Link Suspension System
The rear 4-link kit was developed to
compliment the front coil-over conversion. It is a modified wishbone arm
arrangement and utilizes factory rear leaf springs in conjunction with revolver
type shackles at both ends of the leaf springs. This combination allows
for extended axle articulation without sacrificing towing and weight carrying
capacity of the vehicle.
This rear kit, as with the front coil-over
conversion, is designed to be a bolt on unit with minor drilling and grinding
required. It locates off the existing spring pads and incorporates an over
the top axle truss or saddle with all bar link points and lower shock mounts.
This conversion system includes the axle saddle, upper shock mounts, lower
control arms and upper wishbone, rear shackle hanger and front link mounting
brackets with crossover brace (shown with optional Off Road Ltd Revolver Shackles). The
lower arms are constructed of 1 3/4" x .250 DOM tubing utilizing 1" high
strength heim joints at all ends. It is only designed at this time to fit
the GM full floating 14-bolt rear axle.
For those retaining the use of the 208
or 241 transfer case, an optional
slip yoke eliminator kit has been designed to
compliment the amount of axle drop achieved with this rear system when used in
conjunction with our optional high angle CV driveshaft.
Other optional items include a high angle CV
driveshaft either with 3" or 3.5" tubing, emergency brake cables and brackets
with necessary common yoke,
revolver shackles and rear shocks.

Slip yoke eliminator
kit for the Chevy 208 and 241 transfer cases.
Complete with flanged yoke, retaining bolt, washer and shaft seal as
well as all CV mounting allen head cap screws. The yoke flange will
accept CVs using up to 1350 series joints. The transfer case output
shaft has to be drilled and tapped.
This kit will allow the use of a rear CV drive shaft thus eliminating
the vibration issue most often associated with lifted vehicles with
these types of transfer cases. The conversion also provides peace of
mind that should the unexpected loss of a rear drive shaft occur, one
can drive out on the front drive shaft without the fear of damage to the
transfer case from loss of fluid without the presence of the original
slip-in yoke type drive shaft.
Custom drive shafts are available upon request to complete the
1973-1991 K5 & Suburban
Rear Bumper (Options Available)
Tailgate clears easily when both swing
outs are open. Both sides open independent of each other. If you
want just the tire carrier, it will be the same as above, just no can swing
on one side.
Bumper is constructed of 3/8" and 1/4" steel
plate. Standard features include 2) "D" Ring Loops & 2" receiver hitch.
Swing out tire carrier is comprised of 2"x3" &
2"x2" box tubing and pivots on a greasable 1-1/4" cold rolled steel pin.
The tire mount plate is double drilled for both 6 bolt & 8 bolt wheels and comes
with 3) 1/2" wheel studs to be positioned by the purchaser for their particular
bolt pattern. Both bolt patterns feature 4 holes with the fourth hole
being for the use of a Tri-Max lock to secure the wheel to the carrier if one
desires. Included standard is a Hi-Lift brand Jack mount made for the 48"
or 60" jacks (jack not included). We now carry
Rotopax gas cans/storage/first
aid containers. Great add on to this bumper
The tire carrier is easily removed by simply
removing the snap ring on the pivot pin and lifting the tire carrier off the
bumper. A cover plate and allen cap screw is available to cover the
remaining hole if desired.
The bumper mounting plates retain the tailgate
torsion spring pins. It is also reinforced at the carrier pivot to allow
the use of up to 37" tires with minimal corner deflection either when open or on
the trail. All bumpers are shipped raw but powder coating is an option.
