I own a 1995 Toyota 4 Runner (4X4). It has been a nightmare finding accessories for this truck, because the body style changed in 1996 and most stuff fits 96-2003. Especially when it comes to nerf bars, I could not find even 1 pair of chrome nerf bars in the whole country (hard to believe, huh?)! Well, I have to say that after about 3 weeks of intense searching, I called the guys at OFF ROAD LTD. in Colorado and they found me a pair of chrome nerf bars! I was ecstatic! They are beautiful and fit perfectly. I was told shipping would take about 7 business days. I received the chrome bars via UPS in 4 days (I live across the country in North Carolina)! This was a very pleasant experience and I received exactly what was promised. Also, the price was amazing. Christa even called me to find out if I received my package OK. I spoke with a salesman, Jim, on the phone, late yesterday afternoon concerning a '98 Jeep Wrangler that I will be working for a friend. He was very helpful, and was very willing to help me out with the questions I had. I have my own project truck that until now, wasn't sure where I'd be able to get help, answers & support for the build up. After speaking to Jim, I know that I will be seeking this help & support from him and your company. We're relatively new to Colorado, actually I was born in Boulder, but moved to Omaha NE. I lived in Omaha for 26 years before my wife and family moved to the Elizabeth area. I had several contacts in Omaha concerning auto/truck repair, and I knew who to call depending on what I needed. Your company is my first retail contact made and set-up here in Colorado. I'm looking forward to the build up on my friend's Jeep as well as the build-up on my own truck, an extended cab - '77 Ford F250, that is now 2x4, but will be 4x4 with 40" Goodyear MTR's. Christa, this is John, Gregg's buddy in Iraq right now. I don't know if Gregg has told you or not but i am planning on doing a few things to my dodge when we finally get home. as you already know i have a 2002 dodge ram 2500 with the cummins 5.9l 24v diesel. first off im wanting to go with a tuff country 5" ez-ride lift and 35" tires. I kinda like the m/t classic II with 315/75r/16 goodyear mt/r. i would like to know what the price of the lift and shocks with the installation would be. if i can get everything through your shop that would be great but i know that you are a specialty shop so i just might have to go and get the tires on my own. in the future im am also planning on installing a 4" exhaust system and different injectors. i have been looking on the net at some different makers of the 4" exhaust and Gregg said that Gibson made a kit for the diesels as well, curious about the price of that as well. i know Jardine makes a good kit for the cummins, for around $400, is the Gibson comparable? I have a lot more questions to ask but i will let you work on those for now. thank you, John Shogren stationed in Iraq
