Our front bumper is a great match to our rear bumper. It will fit the K5 Blazer, Chevy Pick-up and Suburban from 1973 and up on all models. Just like the rear it is made out of 3/8" steel for the winch mount, and 3/16" on the outside. The "D" ring mounts are 3/4" thick standard. The pre-runner bar is optional and can be made with 2 light tabs or set up for a light bar (designed around the Smittybilt XCR 12,000 winch).
If your model has turn signal lights in the bumper, you will have to adjust to your liking.

Bumper is constructed of 3/8" and 1/4" steel plate. Standard features include 2) "D" Ring Loops & 2" receiver hitch.
Swing out tire carrier is comprised of 2"x3" and 2"x2" box tubing and pivots on a greasable 1 1/4" cold rolled steel pin. The tire mount plate is double drilled for both 6 bolt and 8 bolt wheels and comes with 3 1/2" wheel studs to be positioned by the purchaser for their particular bolt pattern. Both bolt patterns feature 4 holes with the fourth hole being for the use of a Tri-Max lock to secure the wheel to the carrier if one desires. Included standard is a Hi-Lift brand Jack mount made for the 48" jacks (jack not included).
The tire carrier is easily removed by simply removing the snap ring on the pivot pin and lifting the tire carrier off the bumper. A cover plate and allen cap screw is available to cover the remaining hole if desired.
The bumper mounting plates retain the tailgate torsion spring pins. It is also reinforced at the carrier pivot to allow the use of up to 37" tires with minimal corner deflection either when open or on the trail. All bumpers are shipped raw.

Slip yoke eliminator kit for the Chevy 208 and 241 transfer cases. Complete with flanged yoke, retaining bolt, washer and shaft seal kit, as well as all CV mounting allen head cap screws. The yoke flange will accept CVs using up to 1350 series joints.
This kit allows the use of rear CV drive shaft thus eliminating the vibration issue most often associated with lifted vehicles with these types of transfer cases.
The conversion also provides peace of mind that should the unexpected loss of a rear driveshaft occur, one can drive out on the front drive shaft without fear of damage to the transfer case from loss of fluid without the presence of the original slip-in yoke type drive shaft.
